This writ petition has been filed assailing the order dated 6th May, 2017 passed by the Commissioner, Consolidation and Settlement, Odisha, Bhubaneswar in R.P. Case Nos. 83 and 84 of 2012.

Mr. Panigrahi, learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that he is confining his prayer with regard to the order passed in R.P. Case No. 83 of 2012.

In course of hearing, Mr. Panigrahi, learned counsel for the Petitioner prays for withdrawal of the writ petition to work out his remedy in the appropriate forum.
