2. None appears for the Petitioner on repeated calls. On earlier occasion, there was no appearance on behalf of the Petitioners. It is submitted by Mr. B.Mohanty, learned counsel appearing for Opposite Party No.5 that the revision has become infructuous in view of the fact that the impugned order has in the meantime been duly executed by demolishing the structure in question. Mr. Mohanty has referred to the letter dated 27th

// 2 // August, 2008 of the Tahasildar, Dharmalasa and some photographs in support of such contention.

3. In view of the continued absence of the Petitioners as also keeping in view the fact that the revision appears to have become infructuous, I find no reason to keep the same pending.
