This matter is taken up through Hybrid arrangement (video conferencing/physical mode). Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the State.

This is an application under section 438, Cr.P.C. for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners in connection with Khurda P.S. Case No.50 of 2021 corresponding to G.R. Case No.126 of 2021 pending in the Court of learned S.D.J.M., Khurda for alleged commission of offences under sections 341/323/ 325/307/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the submission made by the learned

// 2 // counsel for the State that the injured Prasant Kumar Barik has sustained simple injuries as per the medical examination report, certified copy of which is filed and taken on record and taking into account the nature of accusation against the petitioners and the fact that the petitioners have been granted interim protection as per order dated 16.03.2021 and there is no material that they have misutilized their liberty, the interim order dated 16.03.2021 is made absolute. The ABLAPL is accordingly disposed of.
