1. This matter is taken up through Hybrid mode. Order No.

2. This writ petition has been filed by the Petitioner for a direction to the opposite party no.2 to dispose of the representation dated 3.2.2022, vide Annexure-4, for rephasement of the loan amount taken by her from opposite party no.2.

3. Learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that the Petitioner is ready and willing to deposit 30% of the outstanding loan amount, if a breathing space is given to the Petitioner to deposit the same with the opposite party no.2.

4. Considering the facts and the submissions made, without expressing any opinion on the merit of the representation made, this Court disposes of the writ petition with a direction to the Petitioner to deposit 30% of the outstanding loan amount within ten days hence with the opposite party no.2 along with a copy of the representation. If the same is made within the time

// 2 // stipulated, no coercive action shall be taken against the Petitioner till disposal of the representation.

5. Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
