Sk. Sakir @ Sk. Kalu v. State Of Odisha
IN THE HIGH COURT OF ORISSA AT CUTTACK
ABLAPL No.1959 of 2022 Sk. Sakir @ Sk. Kalu ....
Petitioner -versusState of Odisha ....
Opposite Party CORAM: JUSTICE S. PUJAHARI Order No.
ORDER
07.03.2022 01.
1.
This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.
2.
The Petitioner apprehending his arrest in Remuna P.S. Case No.140 of 2021 registered for alleged commission of offences punishable under Sections 457 and 395 of the I.P.C., has filed this petition for his release on pre-arrest bail. 3.
Heard the learned counsel for the Petitioner and the learned counsel for the State.
4.
Petitioner had approached this Court earlier vide ABLAPL No.12493 of 2019 and this Court on 28th October, 2021 had directed him to surrender before the court below, but instead of surrendering before the court below, he has again approached this Court by filing the instant bail application. This is nothing, but to kill the judicial time.
// 2 // 5.
Hence, I see no reason to review the aforesaid order. 6.
Accordingly, the prayer for pre-arrest bail of the Petitioner stands rejected and the ABLAPL is disposed of being dismissed.
