The petitioner is in custody in connection with Mathili P.S. Case No.158 of 2021 corresponding to G.R. Case No.873 of 2021 pending in the Court of learned J.M.F.C., Mathili for the alleged commission of offence under Sections 302 of IPC. 4.

Considering the nature of accusations and materials available to prima facie to show the involvement of the petitioner, I am not inclined to allow the prayer for bail, which is therefore, rejected. 5.

BLAPL is accordingly rejected.
