It is agreed by learned counsel for the parties that the issue involved in this case is analogous to one involved in WPC (OA) No.901 of 2017 (Jagyaseni Sahu v. State of Odisha & Ors.), which has been disposed of vide order dated 10.01.2022 by this Court.
