3. Learned counsel for the School and Mass Education Submits that the grievance of the petitioner has already been redressed by the District Education Officer, Cuttack. He has submitted a copy of the letter dated. 18.06.2022 issued by the District Education Officer, Cuttack addressing to the Senior Standing Counsel of the State that the arrear amount of Rs. 23, 495/- has already been released in favour of the petitioner in the present Writ Petition.
