1. Learned Additional Government Advocate for the State informs the Court that a charge-sheet has already been filed against the Petitioner and it was on that basis, cognizance was taken by an order dated 16th October, 2015.

2. Permitting the Petitioner to urge all the pleas raised in the present petition before the trial Court at the appropriate stage, the petition is disposed of.

3. The Superintendent of the concerned Branch is directed to immediately communicate this order to the concerned Subordinate Court.
