The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking direction to the opposite parties to give engagement to the petitioner being a land oustee as per the agreement between the parties.

This Court is not inclined to entertain this writ petition. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to pursue the remedy before the appropriate forum in accordance with law.

With the aforesaid liberty, the writ petition stands disposed of.
