1. The resolution dated 2nd August, 2010 issued by the Law Department, Government of Orissa, does not contemplate a Special Judicial Magistrate being entitled to the benefit of Assured Career Progression Scheme. Consequently the Court finds no error committed in the Petitioner's representation being rejected by this Court on the administrative side.
