Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

The order of cognizance dated 3rd July, 2010 passed by the learned S.D.J.M., Khurda in G.R. Case No.251 of 2010 (S.T. No.107/175 of 2010) has been challenged in the present petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. on various counts. One of which is that for the selfsame incident, two FIRs have been lodged and one was dropped by order of this Court dated 9th February, 2015 in CRLMC No.4319 of 2014.

However, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has no instruction in the matter and he is also not able to submit the present status of the case.

At this distant point of time, the Court is not inclined to interfere with the impugned order of cognizance as the matter is of the year 2015.

For the reason stated, the CRLMC stands disposed of with liberty granted to the petitioner to revive the petition in case of any cause of action still survives.
