Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Addl. Standing Counsel for the State.

The petitioners are in custody since 11.02.2022 in connection with Raikia P.S. Case No.24 of 2022 corresponding to C.T. No.11 of 2022 pending in the Court of learned Special Judge-cum-Addl. District Judge, Balliguda for the alleged commission of offence under Sections 21(b)(ii)B of NDPS Act.

Considering the submissions, materials on record and the fact that the seized contraband is less than commercial quantity, being 15 Kg 400 grams of ganja, I am inclined to allow the prayer for bail. Let the petitioner be released on bail on such terms and conditions as the court in seisin over the matter may deem fit and proper to impose including the condition that they shall personally appear before the trial Court on each date of posting of the case without fail. 5.

BLAPL is accordingly disposed of.
