Learned counsel for the petitioner in the course of hearing the bail application seeks permission of the Court to withdraw the bail application with liberty to approach the Court after examination of the victim.

In view of such submission, the bail application is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to renew his prayer for bail after examination of the victim.
