1. Ms. Sarita Barpanda, the Petitioner is present in person and states that she was present at Dhinkia village on 19th February, 2022 during the visit of the five-member Committee of Advocates. The experience undergone by her is narrated by her in this petition. It also finds mention in the report submitted to this Court today by Mr. Omkar Devdas, Advocate in the connected writ petition W.P (C) 1316 of 2022. The Court requests Ms. Barpanda to convey to Mr. Devdas all the information she has and the submissions which she wishes to make on the happenings in village Dhinkia. Mr. Devdas can then present them before the Court.
2. Ms. Barpanda has handed over to Mr. Devdas the video clipping of what according to her transpired in Dhinkia on 19th February, 2022 during the visit of the Committee of 5 Advocates. The same video clip is permitted to be placed on record W.P (C) 1316 of 2022 by way of
an affidavit of Ms. Barpanda with an advance copy to Mr. Debakanta Mohanty and Mr. Janmejaya Katikia, learned Additional Government Advocates.
3. In the circumstances, the Court does not propose to entertain this PIL since there are already three petitions on the same issue before this Court. The petition is disposed of in the above terms. (Dr. S. Muralidhar) Chief Justice (R. K. Pattanaik) Judge S. Behera/M. Panda
