This RPFAM has been filed assailing the order dated 4th January, 2020 passed by learned Judge, Family Court, Jajpur in Criminal Proceeding No.22 of 2017, whereby a direction was made to the Petitioner to pay a sum of Rs.4,000/- per month to the Opposite Party No.1 and Rs.2,000/- per month to the Opposite Party No.2 from the date of application i.e. on 4th February, 2017.
