This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Video Conferencing/Physical Mode). Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

This is an application under section 438 of Cr.P.C. for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in connection with G.R. Case No.173 of 2021 arising out of Angul P.S. Case No. 52 of 2021 pending in the Court of learned S.D.J.M., Angul for alleged commission of offences under section 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

In view of such submission, the interim order dated 16.03.2021 is made absolute.

Accordingly, the ABLAPL stands disposed of.
