Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the State.

This is an application under section 438, Cr.P.C. for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners in connection with Tangi P.S. Case No. 39 of 2021 corresponding to G.R. Case No.60 of 2021 pending in the Court of learned NGN -cumJ.M.F.C., Tangi for the commission of the alleged offences punishable under sections 341, 294, 323, 325, 307, 354, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the State that the injured Mami Behera has sustained three simple injuries and further submissions made

// 2 // by the learned counsel for the petitioners that the ingredients of the offence under section 307 of the Indian Penal Code are not attracted and keeping in view the nature of accusation against the petitioners and there is no material that they have misutilized their liberty, the interim order dated 16.03.2021 is made absolute.

The ABLAPL is accordingly disposed of.
