Heard Mr.Rath, learned counsel for the Appellants and Mr.Dutta, learned counsel for Respondent No.2-Insurer. None appears for Respondent No.1 on call.

Present appeal by the claimants-Appellants is against judgment dated 29th November, 2018 of the learned Member, 7th MACT, Bhubaneswar in M.A.C. No.26 of 2016, wherein compensation to the tune of Rs.6,78,000/- along with 7% interest per annum has been granted on account of death of the deceased in the motor vehicular accident on 20th January, 2016. 3, The present Appellants, who are parents of the deceased, contends that no future prospects and filial consortium has been granted to them by the learned Tribunal. 4.
Having heard both parties and considering the grounds of challenge, a further consolidated sum of Rs.4,00,000/-(four
lakhs) is proposed to the parties in course of haring. This is agreed by Mr.Rath, learned counsel for the claimants and Mr.Dutta, learned counsel for the Insurer leaves it to the discretion of the Court.

Accordingly, the appeal is disposed of with a direction to the Insurer-Respondent No.2 to pay a further consolidated amount of Rs.4,00,000/-(four lakhs) to the claimants-Appellants within a period of eight weeks from today by depositing the same before the Tribunal, which shall be disbursed to the claimants on such terms and proportion to be fixed by the Tribunal. 5.
Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
