This matter is taken up through Hybrid arrangement (video conferencing/physical mode). Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the Union of India (CBI). This is an application under section 438 of Cr.P.C. for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in connection with CBI/ACB/Bhubaneswar P.S. Case No.RC-01(A)/2021-BBS corresponding to S.P.E. RC01(4)/2021-BBS pending in the Court of learned Addl. Sessions Judge -cum- Special Judge (CBI) for alleged commission of offences under section 13(2) read with section 13(1)(e) of P.C. Act, 1988 and 13(1)(b) of P.C. Act 1988 (as amended in 2018).
