2. Heard Mr. J.N.Panda, learned counsel for the Petitioner and Mr. S.K.Mishra, learned Addl. Standing Counsel for the State.

3. The Petitioner is in custody since 6th December, 2021 in connection with Kesinga P.S. Case No.13/2022 corresponding to C.T. Case No.13/2022 pending in the court of learned J.M.F.C., Kesinga for the alleged commission of the offence under Sections 376(2)(n)/313/294/506 of I.P.C..

4. Considering the nature of accusations and the existence of materials prima facie to support thereof, I am not inclined to allow the prayer for bail, which is therefore rejected.

5. However, liberty is given to the Petitioner to renew his prayer after examination of the victim during trial. (Sashikanta Mishra) AKB Judge
