This matter is taken up through Hybrid arrangement (video conferencing/physical mode). This is an application for extension of the date of surrender of the petitioners in the learned Court below. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners could not surrender before the learned trial Court as per the order dated 22.03.2022 due to some communication gap and therefore, the date of surrender may be extended.

Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, the date of surrender of the petitioners as fixed as per order dated 22.03.2022 is

// 2 // extended till 30th September 2022. The rest part of the order dated 22.03.2022 remains unaltered. It is made clear that no further extension of date of surrender shall be granted.
