Learned counsel for Petitioner submitted that since the Order No.

representative of the Petitioner has died in the meantime, there may be further cause of action. In the process by filing a memo in Court today learned counsel for Petitioner seeks permission for withdrawal of the writ petition with liberty to the Petitioner to approach this Court again, in the event of any exigency in future. The memo be kept on record. 2.

The writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of as withdrawn but with liberty as prayed for.
