This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

Heard Mr. A. Mohanty, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. T.K. Pattnaik, learned Addl. Government Advocate. 3.

The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking direction to the opposite parties to conduct the examination for diploma course through online mode.

But, in view of the present circumstances, there is no need of conducting the examination through online mode and, as such, the apex Court has also refused to conduct any examination through online mode. Therefore, the steps taken by the authority for conducting the examination through offline mode is well justified. 5.
