This matter is taken up through Hybrid Mode.

Heard learned counsel for the parties.

Considering the recitals in the I.A. and taking note of the submissions of the learned counsel for the parties, four weeks further time is extended from today to the petitioner to surrender before the learned Court in seisin over the matter. 4.
For further period of four weeks hence, no coercive action shall be taken against the petitioner in terms of the order dtd.13.06.2018 of the learned Additional Sessions Judge-cumSpecial Judge, Nimapada directing for issuance of NBW.

Paragraphs 6 and 7 of the earlier order dtd. 04.03.2022 passed in present CRLMC No. 516 of 2022 stands modified as above. Rest of the order remains unaltered.

The I.A. is accordingly disposed of.
