It is agreed by learned counsel for the parties that the issue involved in this case is analogous to W.P.(C) No. 18500 of 2015 (State of Odisha & Ors. v. Ashok Kumar Hota & Anr.), which has been disposed of vide order dated 06.05.2022 by this Court. 4.

Therefore, in view of the detailed reasons stated in the order dated 06.05.2022 passed in W.P.(C) No. 18500 of 2015 (State of Odisha & Ors. v. Ashok Kumar Hota & Anr.), this writ petition stands disposed of in terms of the said order. Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
