This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

The Petitioner apprehending his arrest in Raikia P.S. Case No.69 of 2021 registered for alleged commission of offences punishable under Sections 417, 493, 376(2)(n), 294, 500 read with Section 34 of the I.P.C., has filed this petition for his release on pre-arrest bail.

Heard the learned counsel for the Petitioner and the learned counsel for the State.

It appears that the Petitioner had earlier approached this Court in ABLAPL No.10307 of 2021, which was dismissed on merit vide order dated 30th November, 2021.

Petitioner wants review the aforesaid order dated 30th November, 2021 on the ground of compromise.

Considering the facts and submission made, this Court is not inclined to entertain the prayer made by the Petitioner, as the Petitioner has been indicted in a heinous and serious offence, which is also non-compoundable in nature. 7.

Accordingly, the prayer for pre-arrest bail of the Petitioner stands rejected and the ABLAPL is disposed of being dismissed.
