The petitioner by filing a writ petition (W.P.(C) NO.8476 of 2019), had challenged the selection of Ajay Kumar Chand as driver under SEBC category; with further prayer for directing to appoint the petitioner in his place. The said writ petition was disposed of vide order dated 4th November, 2019 with the direction to the authorities to consider the representation.

3. At the time of hearing, counsel for the petitioner states that the order has been complied with.
