This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

Heard Mr. S.S. Das, learned Senior Counsel for the Appellants and Srimanta Das, learned Standing Counsel for the Vigilance Department. 3.
It is submitted by learned Standing Counsel for the Vigilance Department that as per Section 9 of Orissa Special Court Act, this appeal is not maintainable. Therefore, the appellants shall file a CRLMP Petition before this Court.

In reply, Mr. S.S. Das, learned Senior Counsel for the Appellant seeks leave of the Court for conversion of the Appeal Memo from CRLA to CRLMP.

In such view of the matter, leave is granted. Registry is directed to convert the CRLA to CRLMP and renumber the same. 6.
