The matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

2. Heard Mr. A. Tripathy, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.

3. Against rejection of claim for regularization of service vide order dated 21.01.2022 under Annexure-7, which has been passed in pursuance of the order dated 24.11.2021 passed by this Court in W.P.(C) No.36671 of 2021, the petitioners have approached this Court by filing this writ petition.

4. Issue notice to the opposite parties.

5. One extra copy of the writ petition be served on the learned Additional Standing Counsel within three days, as he appears for opposite party no.1 to enable him to obtain instructions or file counter affidavit.

6. Requisites for issuance of notice to opposite parties no.2 & 3 by Registered Post with A.D. shall be filed within three days. Office shall send notice to the said opposite party fixing a short returnable date.

7. As an interim measure, it is directed that status quo as on today with regard to the post held by the petitioner be maintained till 10.03.2022.

8. Put up this matter connecting with W.P.(C) No.4491 of 2022.
