This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement. 2.

The above I.A. has been filed by the petitioner for modification of order dated 13.04.2022 passed by this Court in BLAPL No.1665 of 2022.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in 8th Paragraph of the order dated 13.04.2022, it has been wrongly typed as "The petitioner may approach this Court afresh for bail after victim is examined". In such background, he prays that the said paragraph be modified.

Considering the submissions made, this Court in modification of its order dated 13.04.2022, directs that Paragraph-8 of the aforesaid order be read as follows:

// 2 // "8. The petitioner may approach this Court for bail afresh if the trial is not completed within two months from today."

The I.A. Stands disposed of.
