This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

Learned counsel for the Petitioners seeks permission of the Court to raise all the grounds available to the Petitioners in this case before the learned trial Court at the time of consideration of charge. 3.
Learned counsel for the Opposite Party No.2 raised no objection to such submission. Learned counsel for the State is also present.

In view of the aforesaid submission advanced for the Petitioner, this Court without expressing any opinion on the merit of the case disposes of this CRLMC application with liberty to the Petitioner to raise all those points which are available to him at the time of consideration of charge in the original case. 5.
The CRLMC is accordingly disposed of.
