This writ petition has been filed by the Petitioner with a prayer to set aside the letter No.112 dated 27th January, 2022 passed by the Opposite Party No.1 under Annexure-7 rejecting the appeal filed by him under Section 127 of Electricity Act, 2003 and direct the Opposite Parties to hear the appeal afresh providing reasonable opportunity to him and passing a reasoned order within a stipulated period.
