This matter is taken up through Hybrid arrangement (video conferencing/physical mode).

This is an application for extension of time to deposit the amount as per the order dated 10.03.2022. It appears that the petitioner filed an interim application vide I.A. No. 339 of 2022 to reduce the cash security amount of rupees one lakh as was fixed in the order dated 10.03.2022, but this Court vide order dated 29.04.2022 rejected the said I.A. and observed that if the petitioner fails to deposit the amount by 31.05.2022, the learned S.D.J.M., Puri shall issue non-bailable warrant of arrest against the petitioner. Learned counsel for the petitioner could not able to say as to whether the learned S.D.J.M., Puri has issued any nonbailable warrant of arrest against the petitioner or not. Let a report be called for from the learned S.D.J.M., Puri in G.R. Case No. 3750 of 2020 as to whether any nonbailable warrant of arrest has been issued against the

// 2 // petitioner or not pursuant to the order of this Court dated 29.04.2022.

For such purpose the file be placed before the learned Registrar (Judicial) of this Court, who shall send a copy of this order to the Court concerned immediately through e-mail and the report on the aforesaid aspect shall be furnished through e-mail so as to reach this Court on or before 12th July 2022. Put up this matter on 15th July 2022.
