It appears, petitioner has already pending grievance received by the competent authority on 03.01.2022 as appearing from page-13 of the brief. For the pendency of consideration of grievance of the petitioner with the competent authority, this Court declines to entertain the writ petition at this stage. However, in disposal of the writ petition, this Court directs the opposite party no.2 to consider the grievance of the petitioner received by 03.01.2022 vide Annexure-3 by completing the entire exercise within a period of two months from the date of communication of certified copy of this order.
