1. This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement Order No (Virtual/Physical) Mode.

2. Pursuant to the order passed by this Court on 09.11.2022 both the Parties along with their respective counsel are present before this Court.

3. Even though this Court tried for conciliation in between the Parties, but none of the Parties are ready for any compromise. It is also contended by the learned counsel for the Petitioner-wife that that she has already filed C.P. No. 111 of 2022 before the learned Judge, Family Court, Cuttack under Section 13 of the Hindu Marriage Act and the Opp. Party-husband has already entered appearance.

4. Considering the grounds taken in the transfer petition and the decisions governing the field, this Court is inclined for transfer of C.P. No. 17 of 2022 pending in the Court of learned Judge, Family Court, Sambalpur to the Court of learned Judge, Family Court, Cuttack. Accordingly, this Court directs the learned Family Judge,

// 2 // Sambalpur to transfer C.P. No. 17 of 2022 to the Court of learned Judge, Family Court, Cuttack forthwith.

5. The transfer petition is disposed of.
