1. With the Appellant already having superannuated in the meanwhile, the question raised about his eligibility for consideration for VRS has become academic.
2. Learned counsel for the Appellant nevertheless states that the Appellant has not been given his superannuation benefits till date.
3. Learned counsel for Respondent Nos.2 and 4 produces a letter dated 5th January, 2015 addressed to the Appellant stating that he should submit his OCS Pension Forms 7 and 8 and calculated gratuity in the office for sanction of the retirement benefits as per the Bureau's norms. A copy of the said letter has been handed over to learned counsel for the Appellant. It will be open to the Appellant to follow up on the said letter and collect his superannuation/pensionary benefits in accordance with law.
4. In that view of the matter, no further directions are called for. The appeal is disposed of.
