This matter is taken up through Hybrid mode.

This petition has been filed by the petitioner-wife to transfer C.P. No.1097 of 2021 instituted at the instance of the opposite party-husband from the court of the learned Judge, Family Court, Bhubaneswar to the court of the learned Judge, Family Court, Berhampur on the ground of personal inconvenience.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the sole opposite party.

On the consent of the learned counsel for both parties, this Court allows this transfer petition and consequently directs that C.P. No.1097 of 2021 pending on the file of the learned

// 2 // Judge, Family Court, Bhubaneswar be transferred to the court of the Judge, Family Court, Berhampur. Both the Courts shall do the needful on production of the certified copy of this order. 5.

However, it is made clear that the aforesaid proceeding shall be concluded as expeditiously as possible preferably within six months from the date of receipt of the case record by the transferee Court and both parties shall cooperate with proceeding. No liberal adjournment shall be granted to either of the parties.

With the aforesaid order, this TRP(C) stands disposed of.

Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
