CORAM:
JUSTICE S.K. SAHOO
ORDER
06.07.2022 I.A. No. 401 of 2022 02.
Order No.
This matter is taken up through Hybrid arrangement (video conferencing/physical mode). This is an application for modification of the order dated 15.03.2022.
In the prayer portion of the interim application, it is mentioned that petitioner no.2 (Mohan Charan Das) may be granted anticipatory bail and to that effect the order dated 15.03.2022 may be modified. It appears that after considering the submission
// 2 // made by learned counsel for both the parties, while rejecting the anticipatory bail application, this Court directed the petitioners to surrender and move for bail within a period of four weeks so that the bail application can be disposed of expeditiously by the Courts below and claim of parity with the co-accused shall be taken into account.
In view of such order, I am not inclined to modify the order in respect of petitioner no.2 Mohan Das @ Mohan Charan Das. However, the date of surrender of the petitioners as fixed as per order dated 15.03.2022 is extended till 29th July 2022. The rest part of the order dated 15.03.2022 shall remain unaltered.
With the aforesaid modification, the I.A. stands disposed of.
Issue urgent certified copy as per Rules.
