This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

The Petitioner in this writ petition seeks for a direction for exemption of penal rent in respect of Qrs. No.47, Type-E, Nayapalli, Bhubaneswar.

In course of hearing, Mr. Padhi, learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that the representation of the Petitioner for exemption of penal rent submitted on 20th January, 2022 under Annexure-6 has already been rejected by the Rent Officer, G.A. & P.G. (Rent) Department on 22nd February, 2022. In that view of the matter, he prays for withdrawal of the writ petition to pursue his remedy in accordance with law.

In view of such submission, this writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn.
