This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

Heard learned counsels for the parties.

On the basis of oral prayer, learned counsel for the Petitioner is allowed to carry out necessary correction in the cause-title of the bail application in court today, so far as the name of the court is concerned.

In para-4 & 7 of the order dated 16.08.2022 passed in ABLAPL No.5325 of 2022, the words "S.D.J.M., Nimapara" be corrected and substituted by the words "J.M.F.C., Nimapara". 5.

Four weeks' further time from today is extended for the Petitioners to surrender before the learned court below, vide the aforesaid order dated 16.08.2022, but subject to the Petitioners depositing cost of Rs.500/- (rupees five hundred) in the Advocates' Welfare Fund of Orissa High Court Bar Association within 15 days

// 2 // from today and furnishing money receipt thereof in proof of the deposit.

It is made clear that, if the cost is not deposited within the time stipulated, the time extended for the petitioners to surrender shall stand revoked automatically.

Order dated 16.08.2022 stands modified to the above extent only, and this I.A. is disposed of accordingly. 8.
