This matter is taken up through Hybrid arrangement (video conferencing/physical mode). Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the State.

This is an application under section 438 of Cr.P.C. for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in connection with Ramachandrapur P.S. Case No. 15 of 2022 corresponding to G.R. (GN) Case No.37 of 2022 pending in the Court of learned Nyayadhikari Gramya Nyayalaya, Ghasipura for the commission of the alleged offences punishable under sections

// 2 // 147/148/294/323/307/506/149 of the Indian Penal Code.

Perused the first information report.

In view of the nature of accusation against the petitioners as per the first information report, while not inclining to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners, I direct that in the event the petitioners surrenders and move for bail before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, the same shall be considered by the Courts below in accordance with law expeditiously. The case records shall be made available to the Court concerned. The ABLAPL stands disposed of.
