In the course of hearing of the bail application, learned counsel for the petitioners very fairly submits that although the petitioners were identified in T.I. parade but similarly circumstanced co-accused have been granted bail and right now the case has been posted to recording of accused statement and, he, therefore, seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the bail application.

In view of the aforesaid submission, the BLAPL stands disposed of as withdrawn.
