This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual/Physical Mode).

Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner as well as learned counsel for the State.

The present writ petition has been filed praying for a direction to the Opposite Parties to quash the order dated 14.03.2018 under Annexure-3 and to reinstate the Petitioner in her service and to grant other consequential benefits.

Learned counsel for the School and Mass Education Department submits that he has no objection if a direction is given to the Authority to consider and dispose of the Appeal of the Petitioner within specific period of time.

Considering the limited nature of grievance and considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court directs the Director, Elementary Education, Odisha, Bhubaneswar, Opposite Party No.2 to consider the Appeal of the Petitioner dated 11.06.2018 (Annexure-5) strictly in accordance with law within a period of two

// 2 // months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order. The Opposite Party No.2 shall dispose of the same by passing a speaking and reasoned order. Decision so taken be communicated to the Petitioner within a period of two weeks thereafter. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case.

With the above direction, the writ petition stands disposed of.
