This application has been filed seeking modification of the condition imposed by the learned Court below while granting bail to the petitioner.

By order dated 23.09.2020, the petitioner was granted bail by learned Asst. Sessions Judge-cum-C.J.M., Keonjhar on the condition of furnishing bail bond of Rs.50,000/- with two solvent sureties, out of which one of the surety must be blood relation of the accused petitioner. 4.
It is submitted by Mr. Dash Nayak that there is no blood relative of the petitioner to stand as surety for him, as a result of which despite being granted bail way back on 23.09.2020, he is still languishing in jail custody.

Having regard to the submissions as above, the condition to furnish one surety being blood relative of the accused is hereby waived. 6.
Learned Court below shall accept two solvent sureties as furnished by the petitioner subject to his satisfaction. 7.
CRLMA is disposed of.

Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
