This is an application for bail filed by the Petitioner under Section 439, Cr.P.C. in connection with Lahunipada P.S. Case No.123 of 2020 corresponding to Special G.R. Case No.163 of 2020 pending in the Court of learned A.D.J.-cum-Special Judge, Sundargarh.

Learned Counsel for the Petitioner does not press this bail application at this stage with liberty for the Petitioner to renew his prayer for bail afresh after examination of the victim in the case. 5.

Considering such submission, this BLAPL is disposed of as not pressed with the liberty for the Petitioner to renew his prayer for bail afresh after examination of the victim by the learned trial court.
