Heard Mr. S.Dev Ray, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. A.K. Nanda, learned Additional Government Advocate. 2.
Mr. Nanda, learned Additional Government Advocate rightly points out that the application of the petitioners has not been rejected on merits and since the application was made by the power of attorney holder a view was taken against him with an advice for filing of application by the original lessee.

In such background, Mr. Ray, learned counsel for the petitioner wants to withdraw the Writ Petition as the original lessee-petitioner No.1 wants to approach the authority afresh in the matter. 4.
Considering the submissions made, the Writ Petition is disposed of as withdrawn.
