Learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that the Petitioner does not want to proceed with this Criminal Misc. Case any further and seeks withdrawal of the same, as the matter has been compromise between the parties. To that effect, an affidavit dated 21st February, 2022 has been filed. 3.

Prayer is allowed.
