This matter is taken up through Hybrid mode.

This writ petitioner has been filed for a direction to Tahasildar, Satyabadi-Opposite Party No.4 to dispose of Mutation Case No.653 of 2020 in accordance with law at an early date.

Mr. Mishra, learned AGA along with Mr.Swayambhu Mishra, learned ASC on instruction submits that the Mutation Case has already been disposed of since 9th May, 2022 holding that the ROR has been prepared as per the map in the name of the Petitioner and hence the same][ required no correction. A copy of the order dated 9th May, 2022 provided by the Tahasildar, Satyabadi is produced in Court and the same taken on record.

In view of the above, as the Mutation Case has already been disposed of no further order is required to be passed in this

// 2 // writ petition. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of with an observation that the Petitioner may obtain copy of order dated 9th May, 2022 by filing appropriate application before the Tahasildar, Satyabadi.

Issue urgent certified copy of the order on proper application.
