This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

This is an application for modification of order dated 12.08.2022.

Heard learned counsel for the parties.

Learned counsel for the Petitioner is permitted to carry out the correction on the body of the petition in Court today. 5.

C.T.Case No.9621 of 2021 and P.S.Case No.20 of 2021 appearing in paragraph-4 of the order dated 12.08.2021 be corrected as C.T.Case No.962 of 2021 and P.S.Case No.50 of 2021. 6.

Four weeks' further time from today is granted to the Petitioners to surrender as per order dated 12.08.2022, but subject to

// 2 // depositing cost of Rs.500/- (Rupees five hundred) by the Petitioner in the Advocates' Welfare Fund of the Orissa High Court within 15 days from today and furnishing money receipt thereof in proof of the said deposit.

It is made clear that, if cost is not paid within the aforesaid stipulated time, then the extension period to surrender shall stand automatically revoked.

The I.A. is accordingly disposed of.
